Downloaded the companion app. It would not even load up on my android device. Product fail-great idea. Whoever makes this idea work will be wealthy. Make the product work, then charge for it.
Just bought this app. The UI is really poor. Extremely cluttered and sadly the main text is completely overlaid by controllers and icons. Is not clean is way too much unnecessary stuff on the screen that could have perfectly been put inside an options menu. I just asked for a refund and hope to get a proper response. Thank you.
My rear facing camera on my Moto G4 Plus films in 16 x 9. But when I use this program the recordings are in 4 x 3. How can I get your app to record in 16 x 9 with my rear-facing camera?
I purchased the main version and downloaded the remote. I couldn't get them to connect over WiFi or Bluetooth. At first I thought it was my devices because it was a brand new tablet but then I paired them outside the app and they worked fine. I give it 2 stars because it looks like the app would work fine otherwise but the remote functionality was really what I was looking for.
So i just did a test run... however when i went to preview the finished product the audio plays but the video does not... so the audio plays up untill the end and thenthe moving video plays but has no audio please help me with this issue
Everything about it seems perfect. But it needs to ability to see what's going on from the remote. A mirror of the display. I know this clearly isn't the purpose of the app but I'd love to use this on professional shoots.
